How your future is shaped with us
- Develop and integrate the regional material field strategy into
the global strategy in collaboration with the Global Lead Buyer - Implemement the material field strategy effectively within
region - Price negotiations with suppliers and contract finalization
- Ensure sufficient production capacities with suppliers
- Carry out supplier risk management, ensuring MAT cost
achievement, timing, specifications, and quality in customer
calculations - Oversee new launches and series management
- Provide supplier quality expertise as needed
- Develop and execute mitigation plans for risk management and
supplier development - Implement strategic initiatives within procurement
- Negotiate & finalize frame contracts and multi-year
agreements - Lead supplier awarding processes, ensuring preparation of

Buyer - Supplier scouting activities to identify market potentials to
improve material cost
What you need for a future with us
- Completed degree (Diploma, Master, Bachelor) in Electrical
Engineering or a comparable qualification - 5-10 years of experience in elecetronic components
purchasing, ideally as a commodity or series buyer in the
automotive industry - Strong experience in negotiation, contract drafting, market
development and price analysis - In-depth knowledge of the electronics procurement market
- Responsible and independent working style with strong
negotiation skills and assertiveness - Ownership mentality
- Written and spoken German and English skills (additional
languages are a plus)
