Key Account Manager Aftermarket – IAM

How your future looks like with us

  • You will be total responsible to manage commercially your IAM customer portfolio from business prospection, offer preparation, price negotiation and purchasing order received
  • You are responsible for the results of the assigned customer accounts
  • You are the main voice from SEG at your customers, responsible to establish solid relationship and manager their satisfaction
  • In addition to your own customers, you will also coordinate and support Sales representatives in some regions
  • You will support to indicate and drive the company for the IAM business particularities and mind-set change
  • Work in team to revert orders in deliveries on time are a special part of the function
  • You will also identify customer development potential, analyze wishes and demand to develop customer, product, and marketing strategies.

What you bring with you for a future with us

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of sales administration, engineering, or a comparable subject
  • You are an expert to/from manufacturers, remanufacturers, wholesalers or buying groups with several years of IAM sales experience in the automotive sector, preferably on electrical components (Starter Motors and Generators)
  • In the past you have already gained practical experience in the aftermarket planning, acquisition, and implementation of sales
  • Your strengths include strong communication skills and negotiation skills combined with assertiveness and empathy
  • The ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured way of working complete your profile
  • You are business fluent in dealing with German and English Knowledge of other languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French or Russian) is an advantage.
