How your future is shaping with us
- You will take over the complete assistance for our CEO and CFO
- You will help in preparation of management presentations and various other topics, including the coordination of all related tasks
- You could be part of a project team or lead a project based on the needs
- You will be responsible for organizing business trips as well as events and meetings, e.g.
- Collaborate with the executive assistant on several tasks
What you bring with you for a future with us
- Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of assistance or in the commercial sector
- Good handling of Microsoft Office products (including Outlook)
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- A high level of work motivation, commitment and team spirit
